Weekly Robotics Session@Allen

RoboThink's Weekly Robotics Session in Allen, TX is an after-school robotics program for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade, held Fridays from 5:30–7:00 PM at Gideon Math and Reading – Allen (854 W. Stacy Rd, Suite 1100, Allen, TX 75013).
The program starts September 11, 2026, and runs weekly across a 15–16 week semester.
Classes are grouped by age and skill level. K–2 (ages 5–7) build motorized creations, gears, and simple machines while learning beginner logic and sequencing. Grades 3–5 work with sensors and more advanced mechanisms through structured problem-solving challenges. Grades 6–8 tackle advanced robotics engineering and competition-style builds that prepare students for FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) teams.
Unlike a one-off camp, the curriculum is cumulative — each level builds directly on the skills mastered in the one before it, so returning students develop genuine, all-round robotics fluency in mechanical design, spatial reasoning, and collaborative problem-solving.
New families can register for a free trial session before committing. After the trial, pricing is $45 per class on the 4-week package ($180 total) or $40 per class on the 12-week package ($480 total).
